Frank and his crew were easy to work with. I gave them a set of plans and they executed perfectly! Frank even made a suggesting and the deck turned out better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again.

Our Story Eight years of framing,
Eight years of framing,
built for you
Bourque Exterior Construction LLC has been framing homes and building structures across the Kansas City metro for nearly eight years. We know this region, its neighborhoods, and the kind of work that holds up in this climate. That experience shows up in every project we take on.
We started this business with a clear goal: give homeowners and property managers real quality at a price that makes sense. The Kansas City area deserves a hometown contractor that shows up, does the work right, and treats every client like a neighbor. That is exactly what we set out to be.
Our services cover a wide range of residential construction needs. We build decks, handle room additions, frame new structures, install doors, finish basements, and install interior trim. Whether you have a small repair or a full addition in mind, we take it seriously and see it through.
We work throughout Jackson County, Clay County, and across the Kansas and Missouri side of the metro. If you are close to Kansas City, chances are we serve your area. We keep our schedule organized so we can stay responsive and keep projects moving without long delays.
One thing we hear often is that finding a contractor who communicates and follows through is harder than it should be. We built Bourque Exterior Construction to change that. No project gets handed off to someone who does not know the job. You work with people who care about the finished product.
No job is too small, and no project is too big. That is not a slogan. It is how we operate. From a single door installation to a full basement finish, every client gets the same level of attention and craftsmanship.
If you are ready to get your project started, give us a call at (816) 806-5471. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Request your free estimate today and let us show you what a local team can do.
How We Work
What you can count on
Kansas City Roots
We have worked in the Kansas City metro for nearly eight years. That means we know local building conditions, permit norms, and what holds up in this climate.
Full-Scope Framing
From rough framing to interior trim, we handle the structural and finish work under one roof. You deal with one crew instead of coordinating multiple subs.
Honest Pricing
We started this company to offer real value without inflated margins. You get a clear scope and a fair number before any work begins.
No Job Turned Away
Small repairs and large room additions get the same attention. We size the crew to the project so nothing gets rushed or shortchanged.
Clean, Organized Sites
We stage materials tight and clear debris as we go. At the end of each workday, your property is left safe and walkable.
Straight Communication
You hear from us when something changes, not after the fact. Questions get answered directly by the person doing the work.
